For the last six years, I have practiced a daily Kriya from 6.30 – to 7am – a perfect way to elevate body, mind, and spirit ready for the day. Over time, discipline and habit will get you to the mat, and your body will love you. Weekdays Monday to Friday, and a long one-hour practice on Sundays (6.30 to 7.30). We repeat the same Kriya for 40 days. If you miss, there’s free recordings available. The next cycle will begin on Sunday, August 31st with an introductory session and end on Friday, September 10th.
